These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by OnAirLink, including live streaming, video production, drone operations, event coverage, aerial filming, broadcasting, and related media services.

By accepting a quotation, issuing a purchase order, paying a deposit, or instructing OnAirLink to commence work, you agree to these Terms.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once a quotation has been accepted in writing or verbal form by the Client.

OnAirLink reserves the right to allocate personnel, equipment, production resources, and scheduling capacity specifically for confirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges apply:​

• More than 7 days - No charge

• 3–7 days - 25% of quoted fee

• Less than 72 hours - 50% of quoted fee

• Less than 24 hours - Up to 100% of quoted fee

• These charges reflect the commitment of crew, equipment, logistics, planning, and production resources reserved for the booking.

Rescheduling

Where possible, OnAirLink will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule a booking.

Rescheduling requests made within seventy-two (72) hours of the event may be subject to cancellation charges if the original booking slot cannot be reallocated.

Weather and Operational Restrictions

Certain services, particularly drone operations and outdoor broadcasts, are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, venue requirements, and safety considerations.

OnAirLink reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel operations where necessary to ensure legal compliance and safe working practices.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information.

• Obtaining any necessary venue permissions.

• Ensuring suitable access to locations and facilities.

• Informing OnAirLink of any operational, safety, or security requirements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all footage, recordings, graphics, and production assets remain the property of OnAirLink until full payment has been received.

OnAirLink reserves the right to use project footage, images, and recordings for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and business development purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

OnAirLink will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnAirLink's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.

OnAirLink shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, or losses arising from third-party platform failures or internet outages.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, airspace closures, power failures, or telecommunications outages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
